Montaire Partners is a recruiting firm based in Houston, Texas. It was founded on the view that the hardest searches fail for a reason nobody has looked at closely: the market itself. So we look closely first.
We are a new firm, and we say so. We do not have a wall of logos. What we offer is research done properly, and plain reporting on what we know and what we don't.
