A search is a research problem first.

  1. 01

    Understand the hiring problem.

We start with a conversation about the role, the team around it and what has already been tried. We look at why the seat is still open, not only what the job description says. You see our read of the problem in writing before the search begins.

  2. 02

    Map the market.

We research where people who can do this job work today, company by company. We note location limits, pay signals and adjacent titles. You receive a market view for the role before any candidate is approached.

  3. 03

    Identify and verify talent.

We build a short list of named people and check what we can. Each point is labelled as confirmed or not yet known. You see the evidence behind every person, and the gaps.

  4. 04

    Engage with human approval.

Every approach to a candidate is written, reviewed and sent by a person. A candidate's identity is shared only with that candidate's agreement. You see terms agreed before anyone is introduced.

  5. 05

    Support the hiring process.

We help coordinate interviews, answer questions on both sides and stay involved through offer and start. We remain in touch through the first weeks of the new hire. The person who ran your search is still the person you call.

Standards

  • No candidate's identity is shared without that candidate's agreement.

  • Every message to a candidate or an employer is written, reviewed and sent by a person.

  • We do not present a candidate before terms are agreed.

  • What is unverified is labelled as unverified.
